About Saballos Immigration PA
Olivia Saballos, Esq
With several years of experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration, I am committed to providing transparent, efficient, and compassionate legal guidance at every stage of the process. The U.S. immigration system is complex and often unforgiving, and my goal is to serve as a trusted partner—helping clients navigate their immigration journey with clarity and confidence.
I earned my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where I gained extensive hands-on experience in immigration law, including work on landmark litigation. This included participation in a class action lawsuit challenging the legality of immigration detention and detention conditions in South Florida at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
I later shifted my focus to business immigration, spending several years at one of the largest immigration firms in the world. There, I worked with major corporate clients and exceptionally talented individuals, successfully securing hundreds of employment-based visas and green cards across a wide range of industries.
Drawing on this breadth of experience, I am confident in my ability to identify and pursue the immigration strategy best suited to your goals.
